FAQs

1. Can we take professional photos at a Disney Resort? Absolutely! While park photography needs special permission, resort hotels are a different story. Of course we’re always careful to respect all Disney guests. 2. Do we have to be staying at the resort? Not at all! Staying there is convenient, but you can still take photos. Disney Springs offers buses to all resorts and the Boardwalk. 3. Can we buy extra images? Enchanted Storybook Sessions include all edited images that I choose to deliver in your final gallery. This is typically more than the standard number of images, so you’ll often receive several extra photos at no additional cost. Magic Mini Sessions are shorter, discounted sessions and include exactly 20 edited images. Your mini session gallery will be delivered with watermarked preview images. From there, you may: - Select your favorite 20 images for final delivery, or - Upgrade your gallery for $50 to receive all edited images from your session. 4. How and when will we get our photos? Your fully edited, high-res images are delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks. Galleries expire after 6 months. 5. What should we wear? Coordinate colors without matching exactly. Soft pastels, neutrals, or bold pops look great against Disney backdrops. I can give wardrobe tips and even send idea photos from some of my past clients who nailed their outfits! 6. Can we bring props or Disney-inspired outfits? Of course! Mickey ears, favorite stuffed animals, bubbles, or character-inspired outfits add a fun, personal touch. 7. Will you pose us and give direction? Yes! I’ll guide you with poses and prompts, capture candid moments, and can also take a documentary-style approach for activities like s’mores or ice cream on the boardwalk. 8. What time of day is best? Golden hour—just after sunrise or before sunset—gives the most flattering light. Evening sessions are popular, but early mornings are my favorite! 9. Can we visit a second location? Sometimes! If it requires a bus, Skyliner, or boat, you’ll need to book an Enchanted Storybook Session. Ask me for ideas—I love planning creative locations!
